What to order
Sarson Ka Saag is the Punjabi winter dish: slow-cooked mustard greens, traditionally eaten with corn flatbread. Kadai Paneer is paneer with peppers and onion in a dry-spiced tomato masala. Chicken Seekh Kebab is minced chicken with herbs and spice, grilled on skewers in the tandoor. Lamb Biryani is sealed and steamed so the lamb, rice and spices cook together and arrive intact.
