Data Deletion Requests

How to request deletion

Email tryurbanturban@gmail.com from the address you used with us, with the subject line "Delete my data". Tell us the name and phone number on your orders if they differ from the email.

We will confirm receipt within a few days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

Your account, sign-in link, saved contact details, Urban Club membership and credits, referral records and marketing preferences.

What we have to keep

Records of completed purchases (amounts, dates, tax collected) are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law, without your account attached. Payment records live with Stripe under its own retention rules.

Facebook and Instagram

If you reached us through Facebook or Instagram, the same request removes any information those platforms shared with us. You can also remove our app from your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites; Meta will then send us a deletion request and we will act on it the same way.
