Urban Express is the street-food counter inside our Halsted Street home in Lincoln Park — Indian flavours built into food you can eat with one hand. Naan pockets stuffed with butter chicken or paneer tikka, Band Burgers (a whole kebab or tikka filling baked inside a naan bun), bowls over rice, and masala fries loaded with chole or butter chicken.

The wings are the sleeper hit: fried crisp, then tossed in house sauces you won't find at a buffalo joint — butter chicken glaze, achari pickle-spice, chilli garlic, hot honey masala and smoky tandoori masala.
