Chicken Tikka Masala (Murgh Tikka Masala)
Indian Punjabi chicken tikka masala, also called murgh tikka masala or simply tikka masala. The chicken tikka is cooked in the tandoor first, so it picks up char, then folded into our makhani base and finished with crushed kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves). Makhani is the tomato-and-butter gravy behind our butter chicken. Pair it with garlic naan or jeera rice. Our chicken is zabiha halal.
